To deliver rollers for service drill in less time than expected from the manufacturer in Japan to the point of destination in Mexico. The original delivery time was estimated at 8-10 weeks plus travel time.

Approach
Ventex International Corporation focused on delivery in less time. To accomplish this goal, Ventex found a smart solution, and they brought to the table a roller manufacturer based on the US that was able to build an aftermarket part similar to the Japanese one with same materials and similar quality. Those aftermarket parts were available just in a few days in the US and less than one week just across Mexican border where the customer was located.
